Worlds Away

Rue Nouveau's first LP transferred to CD. This recording is only available as a 'one-off' without original artwork. Recorded at Jim Reynold's studio in Minneapolis, circa 1981. Good stuff!

Painting It Red

Rue Nouveau's 2nd LP transferred to CD. From the Concert Play "Painting It Red" by Steven Dietz. Terrific songs-give a listen. This recording is only available as a 'one-off' without original artwork.

Music From CHOPIN'S HEART

WORK-IN-PROGRESS: Book by Dan Pinkerton, Music and Lyrics by Gary Rue, additional Lyrics by Dan Pinkerton. Warsaw, Poland had a thriving cabaret scene between the two World Wars that rivaled Berlin and Paris. In March, 1939 --- six months before the Germans and Russians invaded Poland --- a group of Poland’s most renowned cabaret performers, writers, and composers try to duplicate their past successes in a brand new venue: “Serce Chopina,” or “Chopin’s Heart.”

The Sensational Sleepers

45 rpm record recorded in 1967. If Bobby Vee hadn't released his version of "Hey Girl", we would've been as big as The Turtles...give or take.
