A joyful, fast-paced musical inspired by The Wind in the Willows, Mr. Toad Hits the Road follows the impulsive and irresistible Mr. Toad on a whirlwind adventure of loyal friends, daring escapes, and hard lessons learned. When Mr. Toad discovers the thrill of automobiles, his obsession send his careening away from his friends and straight into a heap of trouble. As he comes face to face with the consequences of his bravado, he relies on the unwavering loyalty of his friends to help him through the growing pains of learning to slow down and listen.
